I had seen this book for some time but didn't get it solely because of the title. The quotes are well selected and the preface was fantastic. The questions within the opening are nothing new to most of us but very well written. I particularly liked the illustrations, although it left me feeling like I bought half a book, in reality it is less than that because some pages contain only one quote. I'm not sure why, with the breadth of fantastic material available by many of those within and without this book the author chose to leave so many pages so tenuous;the Bold and large font type of the quotes themselves seem to take up extra space deliberately to compensate for this. All in all these are very good quotes from very great minds but this is a very sparse book that feels almost rushed to catch the wave of rising secularism, more so with the seemingly unnecessary firebrand title. This book is a good but terse accompaniment to "The Good Book" by A.C. Grayling, which I would highly recommend if you like these quotes and/or content.
